Pre-dyed Protein Marker is a protein molecular weight standard that couples standard proteins with dyes and can be observed by eyes directly during electrophoresis or membrane transfer. It can monitor the migration of protein on gel during electrophoresis in real time and indicate the effect of membrane transfer. Choosing the correct protein marker is one of the important conditions for successful experiments.
The new 3-color Pre-dyed Protein Marker produced by Solarbio includes a variety of highly purified and pre-dyed recombinant proteins, achieving visualization of different protein molecules. It serves as a protein molecular weight standard for WB, used to indicate the protein separation status of SDS-PAGE, and also evaluate the membrane transfer efficiency.
These pre-dyed protein standards have been prepared in a 1X SDS-PAGE loading buffer and is ready to use, not need to boiling, diluting and adding reductant.
