Product Introduction:
Aminopeptidases (APs, EC 3.4.11) are a class of exonucleases that selectively excise amino acid residues from the N-terminus of proteins and peptides to produce free amino acids. Proteases can be categorized into two main groups according to their site of action: endopeptidases and exopeptidases, of which exopeptidases can be further divided into aminopeptidases and carboxypeptidases.
Aminopeptidase Staining Kit mainly consists of propionamide incubation solution, para-magenta hydrochloric acid solution, copper sulfate solution, negative control, etc. The enzyme active site is brownish yellow after staining.
