The human skin contains 7-dehydrocholesterol, the precursor of vitamin D3, which can be converted into D3 by sunlight or ultraviolet irradiation, so more sun exposure can prevent vitamin D deficiency. Shape: white to white crystals or crystalline powder crystals. Fat-soluble vitamin, insoluble in water, water-soluble :< 0.1g /L (20℃) soluble in alcohol, ether, acetone and chloroform and other most organic solvents, slightly soluble in vegetable oil. Oxidized and deactivated in humid air for a few days, the pure crystals only deteriorated slightly after being stored in brown vacuum ampoules in the refrigerator for one year.
