Product Description:
Enzyme-free sterile water (DNase/RNase-free ddH2O) is made from ultra-pure deionized water treated by DEPC and then autoclaved. The detection of non-nuclease and protease activity can be used for molecular biological tests sensitive to nuclease such as cDNA synthesis, in vitro transcription and RNA extraction.
