The solution was prepared with 0.9%NaCl or PBS, and the recommended working concentration of penicillin in the cell culture medium was 100U/ml, the working concentration of streptomycin was 0.1mg/ml, and the working concentration of amphotericin B was 0.25μg/ml, that is, it could be used in 100 times dilution. Penicillin-streptomycin - amphotericin B mixture (100× triantibody) can be used in one of the following two ways:

1. Directly add in sterile cell culture medium: add penicillin-streptomycin amphotericin B mixed solution (100× triantibody) at the ratio of 5ml per 500ml cell culture medium and mix well for use.

2. When preparing cell culture medium, add it, and then filter and remove bacteria: when preparing cell culture medium, add penicillin-streptomycin - amphotericin B mixed solution (100× triple antibody) in the ratio of 10ml for each 1L cell culture medium, and then filter and remove bacteria after preparation.
