Solarbio's Quick Antigen Retrieval Solution for Cell Sections is a rapid antigen repair solution for frozen sections. Only incubation at room temperature for 5 minutes can complete the antigenic repair of frozen section samples after fixation with paraformaldehyde, formaldehyde or other aldehydes.
Instructions for use:
1. Wash the frozen slices with PBS for 3 times, 5min each time.
2. The slices were soaked in antigen repair solution and incubated at room temperature for 5min.
3, PBS washing sample slice, repeat 3 times, 5min each time. Wash the remaining SDS thoroughly to avoid inactivation of the antibody.
4, sealing liquid sealing section.
5. Subsequent immunostaining steps such as primary antibody incubation can then be carried out.
