The sealed serum is suitable for sealing samples in immunohistochemical or immunofluorescence tests. It can block the non-specific binding sites of proteins in the samples to be tested, and can also block the binding sites of endogenous Fc fragments in the samples to block the binding of antibodies to Fc receptors in the samples, thereby reducing the background and reducing false positives. When selecting the blocking serum, it should be noted that the blocking serum cannot contain the target protein, and the source is different from the primary antibody, and the blocking serum from the same source as the second antibody can be used.
Product Introduction:
The sealed serum is suitable for sealing samples in immunohistochemical or immunofluorescence tests. It can block the non-specific binding sites of proteins in the samples to be tested, and can also block the binding sites of endogenous Fc fragments in the samples to block the binding of antibodies to Fc receptors in the samples, thereby reducing the background and reducing false positives. When selecting the blocking serum, it should be noted that the blocking serum cannot contain the target protein, and the source of the blocking serum cannot be the same as the source of the primary antibody, and the blocking serum from the same source as the second antibody can be used.
Usage:
When used, the sealed serum stock solution should be diluted 10 or 20 times with PBS (0.01mol/L pH7.2-7.4) to form 10% or 5% working solution, and then directly added to the tissue section or cell smear, incubated at 37℃ for 10-30 minutes, then the serum should be removed without washing, and the primary antibody working solution diluted in appropriate proportion should be added. Incubation at 37℃ for 1-2h or overnight at 4℃.
