Product Introduction:
TBST buffer is an isotonic buffer salt solution commonly used in biology, which is mainly used to wash away non-specific binding antibodies and other reagents on the membrane in Western Blot experiments. Tris-HCl formed a stable PH buffer system, NaCl provided isotonic conditions, and Tween-20 as a detergent could increase the elution capacity of the buffer. This product is 1× working liquid, can be used directly, after use, please tighten the bottle cap in time to prevent volatilization. 4℃ storage can extend the shelf life of the product, long-term do not use the recommended low temperature storage. If crystallization occurs, please place in a water bath at 37℃ until completely dissolved.
