The antibody diluent is suitable for diluting ordinary antibodies, which can prevent the titer of antibodies from decreasing and reduce the non-specific adsorption of antibodies.
Usage:
According to the recommended titer of the antibody (or personal optimization conditions), the appropriate amount of antibody is added to the antibody diluent. For example, when the titer is 1:100, 10ul antibodies can be added to 1ml antibody diluent and can be used after being fully mixed. The antibody is best diluted now, and the diluted antibody can be stored for a short time at 2-8℃, but the titer of the antibody will decrease with time.
Note:
If antibodies need to be recycled, it is recommended to perform antibody binding reaction at 2-8℃ to slow down the decay rate of antibody titer.
