Product Description: Solarbio produces 5× TRIS-glycine electrophoretic buffer for protein denatured polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis experiment (SDS-PAGE) buffer reagent. This product is prepared by conventional method as 5× concentrated liquid, easy to store and easy to operate.
Component concentration: 125mM Tris, 1.25 M Glycine, 0.5% (W/V) SDS
Instructions for use:
This product is 5× concentrated liquid, diluted to 1× working concentration before use: take 100ml of 5× TRIS-Glycine electrophoretic buffer, add distilled water or deionized water to 500 ml and mix well.
Note:
1. This product is highly concentrated liquid, which may crystallize when the ambient temperature is low. It can be heated to help dissolve, and then diluted after the solution is complete. Keep sealed to prevent contamination.
2. For your safety and health, please wear a lab coat and gloves.
