This product contains 5 protein mixtures with molecular weights ranging from 43kD-200kD with bands of 43,66.2, 97.4, 130,200, respectively. After SDSPAGE electrophoresis, 5 bands with uniform distribution and similar density can be obtained by staining with Coomassie bright blue. It can be used to determine the molecular weight of proteins after SDS-PAGE electrophoresis. Store at -20℃ for at least six months. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing, it is recommended to store at -20℃ after packaging.

Instructions for use:

1. After opening, it can be divided into small tubes according to needs. It is recommended that each tube be divided into 10μl and stored at -20℃.

2. This product already contains sample loading buffer. Before use, take the small tube after packing and preheat it for 5 minutes at 65℃, and then load the sample for electrophoresis. The sample size is 5-10μl.

3. The recommended separation glue concentration is 8%.

Note: It is necessary to preheat the protein sample at 65℃ before loading, otherwise some proteins will be deposited on the upper edge of the separation glue after electrophoresis, and a protein impurity band will appear.
