Use and synthesis method:
Bacterial DNA gyrase (DNA gyrase) and avian myeloblastoma virus r (avian myeloblastoma virus r), antibacterial agents, can inhibit the synthesis of bacterial DNA and RNA, one of the anti-bacterial synthetic compounds, with a broad antibacterial spectrum. It is particularly potent against gram-negative bacteria. Low toxicity to animals and humans. Known to inhibit DNA synthesis in bacteria
Physical shape:
No smell. Almost tasteless. Sensitive to light and air. Median lethal dose (mouse, oral)3300mg/kg.
Solubility:
23℃ solubility (mg/mL) : chloroform 35, toluene 1·6, methanol 1·3, ethanol 0·9, water 0·1, ether 0·1 Soluble in 350 parts acetone at 20℃, slightly soluble in alkali hydroxide solution.
