MagCOOH-PC300 magnetic bead is specially designed for nucleic acid extraction and purification, and has good suspension performance. The surface is modified with a large number of carboxyl groups, and can bind the nucleic acid in the sample through hydrophobic, hydrogen bonding and electrostatic interaction under the condition of high salt and low pH, which is the same as the specific binding of nucleic acid, rather than binding with other impurities (such as protein). Rapid separation of nucleic acid from biological samples, safe and simple operation, conducive to the automation of nucleic acid and high throughput extraction.

Precautions

2. Before using this product, be sure to fully oscillate or ultrasonic to keep the magnetic beads in uniform suspension.

3. This product should be used with magnetic separation equipment.
