The endoplasmic reticulum is present in all kinds of eukaryotic cells except mature red blood cells of mammals. The endoplasmic reticulum (ER) is a system of interconnected lamellar gaps or small tubules composed of biofilms. The traditional extraction methods of endoplasmic reticulum protein require high centrifugal force or density gradient centrifugation, which requires high requirements for laboratory centrifuge equipment and high requirements for experimental operation detail. If the laboratory does not have equipment that can reach a centrifugal force of more than 50,000 ×g, it cannot be extracted.
