This kit is based on Ni affinity chromatography protein purification method for His label protein purification kit：denaturation and non-denaturing conditions can be used, tolerance to high concentration denaturing agents (8M urea and 6M guanidine hydrochloride), suitable for the purification of His standard.The inclusion body protein was recorded with high loading (purification medium loading was 20-30mg His labeled protein /mL medium) and elution.The sample can be directly used for SDS-PAGE gel electrophoresis.
