Product introduction:
Peroxidase-labeled antibodies are specific, sensitive and safe immunochemical agents that are widely used in various branches of immunology, molecular biology and clinical medicine. All kinds of HRP labeled antibodies prepared by our company are labeled according to the modified sodium periodate oxidation method. This product contains approximately 200ug/ dose of HRP and 400ug/ dose of IgG per 0.1ml of liquid. The working titer of: ELISA: 1:500-5000, using TMB as substrate (OD450nm) P/N = 2.5-3.0 as positive. Immunoblot: 1:200 to 5000. Immunohistochemistry: 1:20-500.
Storage: Store at –20 oC for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20oC. When reconstituted in sterile distilled water or diluent supplied, theantibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 ℃.
enzyme-labeled antibodies are specific, sensitive and safe immunochemical agents that are widely used in various branches of immunology, molecular biology and clinical medicine. At present, horseradish peroxidase (HRP) is commonly used to prepare HRP-antibody conjugate by labeling the IgG molecule with HRP after sodium iodate oxidation. All kinds of enzyme markers provided by Solarbio to users are labeled according to the modified sodium periodate oxidation method established by our company. A certain concentration of BSA has been added to each finished product as a stabilizer. The working concentration of the product varies according to the method. It is best to freeze at -20℃ before use to avoid repeated thawing. Application of
: antigenic analysis and identification of
antigenic determinants, quantitative, qualitative and localization analysis and determination of various antigens and antibodies.
Easy problems in the work:
1. The coating antibody or antigen is not comfortable, easy to produce a small positive value, or produce variation, that is, the phenomenon of tube jumping.
2. If the antibody is coated with antiserum that is not purified, or too weakly purified, the positive value is small or there is no positive gradient.
3. Poor sealing or too concentrated marker can produce high contrast.
