Background | Immunoglobulin G (IgG),is one of the most abundant proteins in serum with normal levels between 8-17 mg/mL in blood. IgG is important for our defence against microorganisms and the molecules are produced by B lymphocytes as a part of our adaptive immune response. The IgG molecule has two separate functions;to bind to the pathogen that elicited the response and to recruit other cells and molecules to destroy the antigen. The variability of the IgG pool is generated by somatic recombination and the number of specificities in an individual at a given time point is estimated to be 1011 variants. |

Product introduction:
The purified IgG antibody with high purity (>95%) and high activity was prepared by ammonium sulfate salting out and DEAE-ion-exchange cellulose chromatography, or batch adsorption purification. All kinds of purified antibodies are provided as liquid, which can be prepared in different concentrations according to user's requirements. It is best to store at -20℃ before use, and different concentrations can be diluted according to the use method. Usually different purposes can be diluted with the following buffer solution, pay attention to complete defrosting, fully mixed. Before use, it is best to remove the cold polymerized globulin and denatured protein by low temperature high-speed centrifugation, and then quantitate again.
Gold labeling: Diluted with pH9.0 borate buffer and labeled with 1-2 mg/ml.
HRP labeling: diluted with 0.01mol/L pH9.0, CB or coated solution CB, 6-8 mg/ml labeling
Fluorescent labeling: diluted with 0.5mol/L pH9.5, CB(carbonate buffer), 10-20 mg/ml labeling.
Biotinylated antibody: diluted with 0.1mol/L NaHCO3 and labeled with 1-2 mg/ml. Other methods, such as immunodiffusion, can be diluted with 0.01mol/L pH7.2 PBS and coated with 10-20 μg/ml ELISA at 4℃ overnight or 37℃ for 2 hours.
