| Background | Key regulator of inflammation, lipid metabolism and mitochondrion homeostasis that acts by inhibiting the activity of the ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme UBE2N/Ubc13, thereby inhibiting 'Lys-63'-linked ubiquitination (By similarity).
