Product Introduction
The sterile pyrophosphatase (yeast) was purified from the recombinant E.coli strain, carrying the ppa gene cloned from Saccharomycescerevisiae and the fusion gene containing peptides from Mycobacteriumxenopi GyrA. The pyrophosphatase catalyzes inorganic pyrophosphate hydrolysis to orthophosphate: P207-4 +H20→ 2HP04-2. In nucleic acid amplification experiments, it can release the inhibition of the generated inorganic pyrophosphate on the reaction system.

1. Increase RNA production in reverse transcription reaction

Precautions
(1) This enzyme is active in a variety of reaction buffers. Usually, this enzyme can be directly inserted in HDA amplification, LAMP amplification and other experiments.
(2) The amount of this enzyme needs to be optimized in different experiments, and the concentration is usually adjusted between 0.05 and 1U/ml.
(3) The optimal reaction temperature of the enzyme is 25℃, and it is active at 16~37℃, and the enzyme can be inactivated at 65℃for 10min.
