Product Introduction
The TopoisomeraseI is derived from vacciniavirus and was purified by gene recombination. In addition, it can recognize and cut the ends of double-stranded DNA [5 'C(T)CCTT↓], and form covalent links with DNA to form stable complexes. The covalent complex encounters the 5 '-OH group of DNA and reconnects to form a complete DNA strand. Therefore, the use of this enzyme can be used as an effective tool for DNA binding. It can be used for DNA carrier connection, notch repair, splice connection and other experiments.
