Product Introduction
The protein derived from heat resistant bacteria ThermoanaerobactertengcongensisuvrD genes, the proteins are capable of unwinding under the condition of the thermal stability of DNA. The enzyme is hermophilic, helicase-dependentamplification (tHDA) at high temperature, which can assist the polymerase to unchain and thus complete the isothermal amplification. The enzyme is resistant to 65℃and has been reported in the literature to be used for thermostatic amplification without relying on single-chain binding proteins.
