Product Introduction
Bst4.0DNA/RNAPolymerase is a mixture of Bst3.0DNA polymerase and the extremely heat-resistant ThermoStableVRTase reverse transcriptase (65℃tolerance), which is suitable for the LAMP reaction of RNA. Compared with Bst3.0 DNA/RNA polymerase, its reverse transcriptional activity is nearly 100 times higher and can detect low sensitivity RNA molecules. As the recommended enzyme in LAMP experiments using RNA as template, this enzyme has a higher amplification capacity than Bst3.0DNA/RNA polymerase. In addition, this enzyme can also perform LAMP amplification of DNA templates.
Precautions
(1) The used concentration of Mg2+ ranges from 4 to 10mM, and there is no Mg2+ in IsothermoBuffer. Generally, better LAMP results can be obtained under the condition of 6-8mMMg2+.
(2) It has been reported that adding TteUvrd helicase can improve the effect of LAMP.
(3) The specificity of amplification was tested using untemplated DNA as a control.
