Driselase from Basidiomycetes sp. It is a crude enzyme, mainly containing cellulase and pectinase. It can hydrolyze cell walls (mainly fungal cell walls), prepare protoplasts, etc. Protein content: ≥10% (biuret)

At 37℃ and pH4.5, 1 unit of collapsing enzyme can catalyze 1.0mg of reducing sugar (xylan) in 1min.
