Product introduction:
Amino black 10B, blue black in aqueous solution, soluble in ethanol, blue in color, slightly soluble in acetone, insoluble in other organic solvents. Add concentrated hydrochloric acid to produce a green light blue precipitate; Add sodium hydroxide solution to produce blue precipitate; Add concentrated sulfuric acid to produce a blue-green color, and dilute to produce a dark green blue precipitate; After adding concentrated nitric acid to a dark green solution, it turns into a reddish brown color. When dyeing, there is a slight change in color when encountering copper ions; When encountering iron ions, the color is slightly light green.
Product Usage:
Amino Black 10B is mainly used to stain proteins on polyacrylamide gel, agarose gel and nitrocellulose membrane. Dye with 0.1% amino black 10B in a 7% (v/v) acetic acid solution for at least 2 hours. The detection sensitivity is approximately 20% of that of Coomassie Brilliant Blue R250.
