Product introduction
The time required for venous blood in vitro to complete coagulation is clotting time, which is a screening test to reflect the activity of coagulation factors in the endogenous coagulation system. Activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) is used to activate factor Ⅻ with ellaginic acid at 37℃, and to substitute partial thromboplastin for platelets to provide the catalytic surface of coagulation. Fibrinogen was converted to insoluble fibrin, and the time required for platelet deficient plasma to coagulate was calculated. This kit is a sensitive and commonly used screening test to reflect the endogenous coagulation system. It can be used to determine the activated clotting time of human and animal blood.
