Uses:
Biotin-dUTP(Biotin-11-2-deoxyuridine-5-triphosphate) can be used for non-radioactive labeling of DNA through enzymatic reactions. The labeling methods include PCR amplification, gap transfer, cDNA synthesis, random primer labeling, and primer extension. For PCR amplification, use Taq polymerase (dUTP has an inhibitory effect on archaeal polymerases such as Pfu and Vent).
Precaution:
1. Biotin-dUTP is in the form of lyophilized powder, which can be dissolved in TE buffer pH 7.5 or sterile water.
2. Before use, it can be prepared into large concentration storage solution, and stored in small amount.
Note:Product information may be optimized and upgraded. Please refer to the actual label information for accuracy.
Remark:These protocols are for reference only. Solarbio does not independently validate these methods.
Note:
1. The products are all for scientific research use only. Do not use it for medical, clinical diagnosis or treatment, food and cosmetics, etc. Do not store them in ordinary residential areas.
2. For your safety and health, please wear laboratory clothes, disposable gloves and masks.
