Product Introduction:
Di-4-ANEPPDHQ is a dye capable of rapidly responding to membrane potential changes. It has no fluorescent activity and only fluoresces when it is bound to the cell membrane. It is fast enough to detect membrane potential changes in transient (millisecond) excitable cells. The amplitude of fluorescence change of Di-4-ANEPPDHQ is relatively uniform in various tissue, cell and cell membrane models, usually showing 10% fluorescence change per 100 mV.
Precaution:
1. All fluorescent dyes have quenching problems, please try to avoid light to slow down the fluorescence quenching.
2. For your safety and health, please wear a laboratory coat and wear disposable gloves to operate.
Note:Product information may be optimized and upgraded. Please refer to the actual label information for accuracy.
Remark:These protocols are for reference only. Solarbio does not independently validate these methods.
