After 3-5 days of culture at 25-28℃, Candida albicans showed blue-green color, Candida glabrum showed blue-green color, Candida clusiformis showed blue-green color, Saccharomyces cerevisiae showed blue-green color, mold showed cotton-like blue-green colony, and bacteria were inhibited.
