Product introduction
for rapid and accurate detection of Escherichia coli, which showed blue-green color after 24 hours of culture.
Tryptone bile salt X-glucuronide (TBX) Agar (TBX medium) is used for rapid detection of Escherichia coli in food, water, milk, ice cream and meat products. Escherichia coli was blue-green, coliform group was colorless, other bacteria were yellow or colorless, and Gram-positive bacteria were inhibited.
