Product introduction

Used to determine the efficiency of phosphorus bacteria to decompose organic phosphorus in phosphorus bacteria fertilizer.

Preparation method

Weigh 13.16g of this product, heat and dissolve in 1000ml distilled water, subpack, autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes, set aside.

Glucose: 10.0

Ammonium sulfate: 0.5

Yeast infusion powder: 0.5

Sodium chloride: 0.3

Potassium chloride: 0.3

Magnesium sulfate: 0.3

Ferrous sulfate: 0.03

Manganese sulfate: 0.03

Lecithin: 0.2

Calcium carbonate: 1.0

pH 7.0-7.5, 25℃

Precautions

The medium contained insoluble calcium carbonate with white precipitates.
