Product Introduction
The IgY was purified from fresh chicken yolk by salt-out and ion exchange, then concentrated by ultrafiltration and filtered by 0.2μm. The purity of IGY was greater than 95% (SDS-PAGE), the concentration was 20mg/ ml-45 mg/ml (0.01M PBS, pH7.4), and no preservatives were added.
At the same time, it provides chicken IgY freeze-dried powder, which can be refrigerated and stored at 2-8 ℃, weighed and added, and is more convenient for use, transportation and storage.
