Human transferrin is the main iron-transfer protein in plasma, providing iron needed for cell internalization and cell metabolism. Studies have found that all cell growth requires transferrin. Not only does normal cell metabolism depend on iron in its biologically active form, but iron is also a cofactor for enzymes such as RNA polymerase and DNA synthetase.
This product is a recombinant protein expressed by eukaryotic cells. Human transferrin gene was inserted into a stable expression vector and transformed into CHO-K1 cells. After cloning, screening and quality verification, the stable expression strain was selected and prepared by fermentation on a medium determined by chemical composition (without any animal source components).

It is recommended that the freeze-dried powder be dissolved in water for injection at a concentration of not less than 100μg/ml until further diluted to the working concentration. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw as much as possible.
