Prussian blue divalent iron dyeing method is regular Prussian blue (Perl' A variant of the s method that can reveal non-heme iron bivalent in cells and tissues by forming a blue precipitate of Ten's blue. However, for cells and tissues that are not overloaded with iron, this method often presents a false negative due to too little blue precipitate formation, and has a good display effect on cell senescence or drug-induced iron death of cells or tissues.
The Prussian blue dyeing kit (enhanced type of iron bivalent) was used to enlarge the positive signal of ferrous ions by the principle of cascade amplification on the basis of conventional Tengson blue dyeing. It is suitable for the bivalent iron staining of samples with less abundant ferrous ions or less deposition. The product uses high purity raw materials, and the dyeing results are clear and stable, and the repeatability is high.
