Once nucleic acid contamination occurs in the laboratory, it is difficult to remove, which will cause the laboratory to be unable to carry out work in the short term, so preventing and removing nucleic acid contamination is the focus of molecular detection laboratories.
This product can effectively degrade nucleic acid molecules, prevent aerosol pollution, easy to use, the effect is obvious, can remove the DNA and RNA pollution on the surface of laboratory instruments and operating sites; Can be used to clean electrophoresis equipment, pipette, centrifugal tube, centrifugal column and other devices; Simple and fast, spray design, spray use; It only takes 5 minutes, after spraying and wiping.
How to use
1. Clean the laboratory table: spray it directly and wipe the table with clean paper towels or alcohol wipes after about 5 minutes to create an experimental environment free of RNA enzymes and nucleic acid templates.
2. Laboratory equipment cleaning: wet the paper towel and wipe the surface of the equipment, and then dry with a clean paper towel; For small equipment, dry directly after soaking.
3. Plastic glass equipment: Soak the experimental consumables in this product for 5-10 min, rinse with sterile water and air dry.
4. Pipette cleaning: After disassembling the pipette according to the instructions, soak the components easily contaminated with nucleic acid in the product for 5min, rinse with sterile water and air dry.
5. Nucleic acid aerosol cleaning: When there is mild nucleic acid aerosol pollution in the laboratory, this product can be used to spray the laboratory comprehensively, and wait for about 1 h. When the nucleic acid aerosol pollution in the laboratory is more serious, it is recommended to treat 2-3 times, the effect is better.
