Lipopolysaccharides(LPS)

This product is derived from Salmonella abortus equi by phenol and the source strain is ATCC 9842. Lipopolysaccharides from Salmonella abortus equi stimulate human monocytes to produce tumor necrosis factor. This LPS also has a mitogenic effect on frog and mouse lymphocytes.
