Glucan is a naturally synthesized polysaccharide with good water solubility, low toxicity and molecular weight change. RhodamineB labeled dextran, also known as TRITC or Rb dextran, is a pink dextran conjugate that fluoresces red when photoexcited at 540-550nm. Rb-glucan conjugates have high fluorescence intensity and are essentially free of non-conjugated dyes.
