Application: ELISA，WB recommended between 1:40000-12000，choose the appropriate dilution ratio for your experiment. It may also be used outside this scope，depending on the specific circumstances of your experiment. If you use properly，this product can be diluted to tens of thousands of times and still have use value. Diluent 0.01M PBS (PH: 7.0) containing 0.2%BSA (no immunoglobulin) and 0.05% tween-20 is recommended. Other correct diluents can also be used，and in principle the working liquid should be used at one time. After dilution，if it is necessary to store for a long time and use many times，please add the appropriate stabilizer.
