Appearance:0.01M PBS、0.5%BSA、防腐剂
Application: Flow-Cyt/IF:1:150-1500, IHC recommended at 1:5000-2500, this product can also be used in ELISA. It should be noted that SPA has different immunoglobulin binding ability for different species of animals, and is generally stronger for human IgG1/IgG2/IgG4, dog IgG, guinea pig IgG, monkey IgG, mouse IgG2a/2b, pig IgG, and rabbit IgG. Not suitable for human IgG3, bird IgY, Goat IgG, koala IgG, Llama IgG, rat IgG, mouse IgG1, all IgM and IgA combinations.
