| Detection Principle |
This kit uses CBA multifactor flow detection technology, and the fluorescence codes of microspheres are different. Package is respectively on different microspheres with TNF alpha/IFN - gamma/IL - 1 beta/IL - 2 / IL - 4 / IL - 6, IL - 8 / IL - 10 per IL - 12 p70 / IL - 17 specific antibodies, and incubated with the sample under test, with the sample of TNF alpha/IFN - gamma/IL - 1 beta/IL - 2 / IL - 4 / IL - 6 /IL-8/IL-10/IL-12p70/IL-17 specific binding, followed by the addition of biotin-labeled detection antibody, antibody coated microsphere-cytokine - detection antibody immune complex; Finally, phycoregiin-labeled streptavidin was added and combined with biotin. The fluorescence intensity of the tested substance was obtained by flow cytometry.
