Product introduction
streptolysin O(SLO) produced by hemolytic streptococcus has a strong antigenicity. Anti-slo antibody can be detected in most streptococcal infection patients from 2-3 weeks after infection to months or even 1 year after recovery. Clinical detection of ASO (antistreptolysin O) is helpful in the diagnosis of diseases caused by hemolytic streptococci, such as acute glomerular disease, rheumatoid fever, scarlet fever and tonsillitis.
Scope of application
It has high immunogenicity and can be used as the core material for the detection kit of antistreptolysin O, and can also be used as the quality control standard or positive control.
Optimum pH
8.6
