Human Liver Ductal Organoid Medium, Differentiation is a chemically defined cell culture medium for the establishment and cultivation of human hepatobiliary organoids derived from adult stem cells. The self-renewal of hepatobiliary epithelial cells is driven by the proliferation of stem cells located in the liver and their progenitor cells. Hepatobiliary organoids are characterized as real organs due to their epithelial performance in terms of structure, cell type composition, and self-renewal dynamics. Hepatobiliary organoids can induce hepato-like cells in differentiation media, providing a model for the study of human liver development and disease.
