Product introduction:
Trypan Blue is commonly used as a cellular reactive dye to detect the integrity of cell membranes and to test for cell viability. Live cells are not stained blue, while dead cells are stained light blue. It is phagocytosed by macrophages and can be used as a live stain for macrophages.
Product Usage:
It can be used as a biological stain for viral testing, injected into the circulatory system to color renal tubules, and for live staining of various tissues of mammals, lower vertebrates and insects.
