Trypsin is a serine peptideptid endonuclease secreted by the pancreas，with recognition sites of lysine and arginine，and cleavage sites of carboxyl terminus in lysine and arginine residues. This product is recombinant porcine trypsin expressed by Pichia pastoris，produced under GMP regulations，does not contain any animal-derived ingredients，and has no animal-derived virus contamination (such as swine flu virus，porcine parvovirus，etc.). It is naturally lacking in chymotrypsin activity and has been filtered and sterilized. The activity of this product is subject to the international general activity (USP)，which is better than that of similar imported products，among which the HPLC content of β-Trypsin can reach more than 80%，which is higher than the 2020 version of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia standard (>70%)，the storage stability is very high (94% activity can still be maintained after 20 months of storage at 7°C)，and the leakage rate of proteomic enzymatic hydrolysis is lower than that of imported products.
