TBE buffer is a buffer salt solution commonly used in biology for nucleic acid electrophoresis, mainly for agarose gel electrophoresis of DNA. The main components of TBE are TRIS-Borate and EDTA, which has strong buffer capacity, is suitable for longer electrophoresis time, high resolution, and good separation effect when electrophoresis fragments less than 1kb. The boric acid content of TBE buffer can affect the efficiency of DNA recovery and the subsequent enzyme reaction, so TAE buffer is recommended for DNA fragment recovery experiments by agar-gel electrophoresis.
This product is 5× concentrated liquid with a working concentration of 0.5×, which can be diluted 10 times with distilled water. If the product precipitates out, please put it in 37℃ water bath to dissolve it, do not affect the use.
