Fibroblast growth supplement (FGS), designed for optimal growth of normal human fibroblasts in vitro, is a sterile, concentrated (50×) solution containing growth factors, hormones and low concentrations (2%) of fetal bovine serum necessary for the culture of normal fibroblasts. It can provide a balanced growth environment and greatly promote the growth of normal fibroblasts in vitro.
