Product introduction:
Pluronic F-127 is a novel non-ionic surfactant that is relatively non-toxic to cells and does not alter the membrane properties of cells. Commonly used with lipophilic dyes such as Fura-2 AM, Fluo-3 AM, Rhod-2 AM, and Indo-1 AM to enhance the water solubility of dyes and improve their cell permeability. Pluronic F-127 is soluble in DMSO.
