Product introduction
Containing 1.5% malt leach powder without chloramphenicol, used for sterility testing of acidic canned foods and also for the cultivation of moulds and yeasts.
preparation method
Weigh 15g of this product, add to 1000ml distilled water, dissolve by boiling, cool, adjust the pH value with dilute hydrochloric acid 4.5-4.9, sub-package, autoclast at 121℃ for 15 minutes and set to use.
Precautions
This product should be operated in a sterile environment after sterilization: Do not use this product if there is clumping
