For confirmatory experiments with Clostridium perfringens.
preparation method
Weigh 20.3g of this product in 1L distilled water or deionized water (can increase or decrease the amount of preparation according to the proportion), heat and boil until completely dissolved, divided, 8ml/ tube (containing Duchenne tubules) was autoclaveled at 121℃ for 15 minutes. After the end of sterilization, freshly prepared 0.5ml sodium metabisulfite solution (12g/L) and 0.5ml ammonium ferric citrate solution (10g/L) were added to each tube, respectively, and used on the same day.
