Galactooligosaccharides (GOS) are a kind of functional oligosaccharides with natural properties. The molecular structure of GOS is generally Gal-(Gal) N-Glc /Gal(n = 0-6) by linking 1-7 galactose groups to galactose or glucose molecules.
Galacto-oligosaccharide content: ≥70.0%
Anhydrous lactose content (dry basis): ≤22.0%
Anhydrous glucose content (dry basis): ≤10.0%
