Product Introduction:
It is used for the selective isolation and culture of Staphylococcus aureus.
Preparation Method:
Weigh 63g of this product, add it to 950ml distilled water, heat and boil to dissolve, subpack, autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes. Cool to 50℃, add the supporting reagent potassium tellurite vitelline solution preheated to 50℃ every 95ml, shake well, pour into the sterile plate for use.
